Replacement Policy :

We offer easy 3 days (from the delivered date) replacement process .

When you can initiate Returns/Replacement ?

If the product delivered is

  1. Wrong Product (Color/Model )
  2. Wrong Quantity (Parts/Quantity Missing)
  3. Defective Product (Software issues )
  4. Damaged Product (Physical Damage )
  5. Dead Product (Not Working)

We process returns/replacement only if your request comes under in any one of the mentioned cases .We process refund if we are not able to arrange replacement.

How to initiate the Returns ?

  1. You need to initiate the complaint within 3 days from the date of delivery by calling our customer care number +919205374757 or by sending mail at
  2. Replacement request is then reviewed .
  3. After approval of the replacement request , reverse pickup of the product is then arranged by our courier partners.
  4. If reverse pickup is not available in your location, then you need to dispatch the product on your own. In this case, you will be getting reimbursement of upto 200INR.
  5. After the product is received at our end, it’s checked by our quality checking team and approval of replacement is then made accordingly.

When is Replacement not approved ?

  1. If the product is altered/ used.
  2. If the product is returned without original packaging.
  3. If the product is replaced by any other means
  4. If any parts/ accessories is changed or altered.
  5. If the serial number is tampered.
  6. For the products reported after 3 days of delivery.

What if Replacement is approved ?

  1. If the replacement is approved , you can expect the replaced product delivered at your location in 3 to 7 working days.
  2. However, You will get refund if we are not able to arrange replacement.
